- Initial consultation (30-45 min)
- Birth preparation session (90-120 mins)
- Postpartum preparation session (60-90 mins)
- 24/7 text support from time of signing through the first 40 days postpartum
- Available for support during early and active labor, until 1 hour after birth.
- Postpartum Follow up session (60-90 min)
- Birth Recovery body work session (60-90 min)
