Hi, I’m Mariya — a mother, bodyworker, and birth doula passionate about helping women reclaim the sacred rite of passage that is childbirth.
With years of experience supporting women in hospitals, homes, and birth centers, I bring a unique fusion of traditional healing practices, evidence-based education, and deep intuitive care. As a ceremonial doula, my work honors both the primal power of birth and the gentle art of surrender.
I specialize in home births and birth center deliveries for families seeking a calm, grounded, and minimally intervened with birth experience.
I do not attend hospital births. If you’re planning a hospital birth, I offer education and resources on holistic birth approaches, and I can refer you to another doula I trust deeply to support you in person. Additionally, I am here to support you through pregnancy and postpartum as you navigate this transformative journey.
What I Offer:
As a dedicated birth doula, my support blends traditional knowledge, physical comfort techniques, and ceremonial practices to create a deeply personal and grounded holistic birth experience. I don’t just show up—I walk with you from the first contractions to the first cries, ensuring your journey through home births is filled with care and compassion.
I offer prenatal sessions that include movement, massage, and rituals tailored to your needs, alongside emotional support and birth planning guidance. My on-call availability ensures that you have continuous labor support, and I provide a postpartum closing ritual along with a bodywork session to help you transition smoothly into the pregnancy and postpartum period.
